Shipping policy

 

Our shipping service covers UK and international including: Europe, Australia and the USA.  

We will deliver your items using either Royal Mail or EvRi.

Dispatch Times

Dispatch times vary depending on the type of product ordered.

  • Digital products are delivered instantly by email and do not require shipping.
  • Non-personalised, ready-made physical items typically dispatch within 1–2 working days.
  • Made-to-order or personalised clothing items (such as jumpers and sweaters) require additional production time and typically dispatch within 3–5 working days.

Estimated dispatch times are always shown on the individual product page.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery (Tracked) – £2.99

EvRi / Royal Mail
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch*

Express & Tracked Delivery – £6.00

Available on eligible items only
Orders placed before 11:00am typically arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch*

Please note: Express delivery applies to shipping speed only and does not reduce production time for made-to-order items.

International Delivery (Europe, USA & Australia)

Flat rate tracked delivery: £10.99

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 3–5 working days
  • USA & Canada: 6–7 working days
  • Australia: approximately 7 working days

Due to Brexit and international customs regulations, import duties or VAT may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For example:

  • Orders placed on a Saturday with express delivery will usually dispatch on Monday
  • Orders placed before 11:00am on a Monday with express delivery will typically arrive the next working day
