Proposing to your bridesmaids but got 4 to buy for? We offer discounts when you're buying for 3 hens or more, the more hens...the bigger the discount!
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 day return policy from the day your product is delivered.
If you have decided that you no longer want or need your item, you can return it to us free of charge provided the item has not been used and is in its' original condition.
Any packaging of the item must be unopened.
Please email us at hello@thehenplanner.com or contact us on our web form, and we can send over a pre-paid return label. Once we have received your items, we will issue you a full refund.
When will I receive my order?
Clothing & Personalised Products - Some of our clothing items are made to order and can take up to 4 days to process before dispatch. Please check the product description carefully as each product will indicate how long processing time takes.
All Other Items - All orders take 1-3 day to process.
